These activities are coordinated by the GPS office in Germany at the start of the project. In an optional workshop beforehand, we analyse the technical requirements together with your team. The operational activities are carried out directly by the offices and employees in India and Asia. The GPS offices are staffed by professional and technically highly trained purchasing engineers and quality experts. They carry out the supplier research, request for quotations, audits and quality controls. GPS can act as your single source supplier, managing multiple suppliers for you and developing and stabilising the Asian supply chain.
